Who is eligible for the QSA Partner Program?
Any PCI SSC-certified QSA company or MSSP providing PCI DSS compliance services can apply. We review applications within 48 hours based on active QSA certification, team size, and regional coverage.
How much does it cost to join the partner program?
There is no fee to join. Partners pay standard platform licensing based on their tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Revenue share commissions are paid to you — not charged to you.
What is the revenue share model?
Partners earn a percentage of referred merchant subscription revenue: 10% for Silver, 15% for Gold, and 20% for Platinum. Commissions are tracked automatically in the Partner Portal and paid quarterly.
Can I upgrade my partner tier later?
Yes. You can upgrade your tier at any time as your practice grows. Tier upgrades take effect immediately, and your new revenue share rate applies to all future commissions.
What is AI Lead Routing?
AI Lead Routing automatically matches merchants seeking QSA services to partner firms based on geography, framework expertise, team capacity, and historical quality scores. Available to Gold and Platinum partners.
What is the White-Label option?
Platinum partners can deploy GRCTrack under their own brand with a custom domain, branded UI, certificates, and emails. Your clients interact with your brand while powered by GRCTrack infrastructure.
How does the QSA Marketplace listing work?
Gold and Platinum partners receive a searchable profile in the GRCTrack QSA Directory visible to all merchants on the platform. The listing includes your firm details, specialisations, regions, and client ratings.
How long does onboarding take?
After application approval (48 hours), onboarding takes 1-2 weeks including platform training, Marketplace profile setup, and portal configuration. Your dedicated partner success manager guides you through the process.
