How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page at app.grctrack.com. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

How do I invite team members to my organization?

Navigate to Settings > Team in your dashboard. Click "Invite User" and enter their email address. You can assign roles including Admin, QSA, or Client access levels.

Can I export my assessment data?

Yes. From any assessment, click the Export button to download your data in multiple formats including PDF reports, Excel spreadsheets, and JSON for API integration.

How do I link evidence to multiple frameworks?

When uploading evidence, use the framework mapping feature to select all applicable frameworks. GRCTrack will automatically link the evidence to matching requirements across frameworks.

What browsers are supported?

GRCTrack supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using Chrome for the best experience.

How do I upgrade my subscription plan?
